Find the Right Hockey Equipment Fit
Properly fitted hockey equipment is essential for safety, comfort, and performance on the ice. Equipment that is too large can shift during play and leave areas exposed, while equipment that is too small may restrict movement and reduce protection.
Use the following hockey equipment sizing guide to help determine the correct fit for hockey shoulder pads, elbow pads, shin guards, hockey pants, gloves, and helmets.
Sizing may vary slightly between manufacturers including Bauer, CCM, Warrior, and True.
Hockey Helmet Sizing Guide
A properly fitted helmet should sit level on the head and fit snugly without pressure points.
Measure:
Use a soft measuring tape around the widest part of the head, approximately one inch above the eyebrows.

- Caps should sit directly over shoulders.

Measure:
Measure from the middle of your palm to the top of your shoulder.
