At Game Time Sports, we're committed to getting your equipment to you quickly and reliably. Whether you're ordering hockey gear, baseball equipment, lacrosse supplies, pickleball products, or team apparel, we proudly ship across British Columbia and Canada.


Free Shipping on Orders Over $120

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders over $120 CAD before taxes.

Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Available on qualifying orders shipped within Canada
  • Minimum purchase of $120 CAD before taxes
  • Applies to standard ground shipping only
  • Some oversized or special-order items may not qualify

If additional shipping charges apply due to product size, weight, or destination, our team will contact you before processing your order.


Shipping Rates

Orders under $120 CAD will be charged shipping based on:

  • Destination
  • Package size and weight
  • Shipping method selected

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.


Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed within:

1–3 business days

During peak periods (back-to-school, hockey season, holidays, tournaments, and major sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

British Columbia

  • 1–5 business days

Western Canada

  • 2–7 business days

Eastern Canada

  • 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information when available.

Customers can use the tracking number provided to monitor their shipment directly through the carrier.


Oversized & Special Order Items

Some products may require additional shipping charges due to:

  • Oversized dimensions
  • Heavy weight
  • Special handling requirements
  • Manufacturer direct shipping

Examples may include:

  • Hockey nets
  • Training equipment
  • Team orders
  • Special-order products

If additional charges apply, we will contact you before completing your order.


Team Apparel & Custom Orders

Custom apparel, team uniforms, decorated products, and special-order merchandise may have extended production and delivery timelines.

Estimated completion times will be provided when your order is placed.

Because these products are made specifically for your organization, shipping timelines may vary.


Local Pickup

Customers may select local pickup when available.

You will receive notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.

Game Time Sports is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping fees may apply if packages need to be redirected or re-shipped.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.

Photos may be required for damaged shipments.
