Game Time Sports Return Policy
At Game Time Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
Most regular-priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the item:
- Is in new, unused condition
- Includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Is accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Items returned after 30 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
Online Orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Exchanges
Need a different size or model?
We are happy to assist with exchanges for eligible products, subject to inventory availability.
Please contact our team prior to returning your item to ensure we can reserve the replacement product if available.
Defective Merchandise
If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product. We will help facilitate warranty claims whenever possible and assist in determining the appropriate course of action.
Photos and proof of purchase may be required.

Skate Sharpening & Services
All skate sharpening, profiling, repairs, and service work are final sale once completed.
If you have concerns regarding a service performed, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible.
Please allow:
- 3–10 business days for processing by your financial institution
- Additional time during peak seasonal periods
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
